New Zealand House – Strip out

KpH was appointed to carry out full strip out works at New Zealand House – a Grade II listed, 240,000 sq ft commercial office and retail building in central London. Working for The Crown Estate, the project formed part of a wider refurbishment scheme and was delivered over an 18-month programme. The works involved live coordination with heritage bodies, neighbouring businesses, and multiple stakeholders.

KpH undertook a full internal strip back to shell and core across 19 levels, including careful deconstruction of listed stone and timber features for reinstallation, and the removal of MEP and all basement plant, ceilings, partitions, kitchens, lifts, and associated services. Heritage materials were protected, catalogued, and stored to conservation standards.
