Lyndsey West
Managing Director
As Managing Director Lyndsey is responsible for the strategic direction of KpH. A passionate advocate for delivering real industry change, she creates strategic partnerships and encourages cross-sector collaboration to challenge and redefine the norm.
Lyndsey has over 18 years’ experience within the construction industry. She joined KpH in 2014, becoming Director of Operations in 2020, before being appointed Managing Director in 2024. She has played a pivotal role in KpH’s growth, in shaping our award-winning approach to health and safety, and turning sustainability strategies into action.
Lyndsey is leading conversations around why and how to maximise the lifespan of materials and waste. She has forged alliances with manufacturers, charities and social enterprises to advance reuse and recycling.
Lyndsey is a natural leader and has created enduring relationships with her colleagues, clients and supply chain. Lyndsey cares deeply about developing collaborative, purpose-led teams, and working towards shared goals to deliver better outcomes. She champions team-work, lateral thinking, and doing things differently.
Lyndsey was named Leader of the Year at the Construction News Awards in 2025.

Andrew Mackie
Operations Director
As Operations Director Andrew manages projects from start to finish, from initial planning, client engagement, on-site delivery, to the final handover. He oversees all operational aspects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and the implementation of quality, environmental and sustainability standards.
Andrew has been with KpH from the very beginning. Joining the business in 2001, he was promoted to Operations Manager in 2010 before being appointed Operations Director in 2020. With over two decades of technical knowledge and on the ground experience, Andrew is a trusted technical advisor to clients and colleagues.
He is responsible for effectively managing resources, programmes and costs across multiple projects. His extensive experience and intimate knowledge of the industry has seen him effectively deliver some of our most prolific projects.
Andrew led delivery of the full internal strip out and enabling works at 75 London Wall in the heart of the City of London. With a focus on sustainable, low-carbon principles, the project prioritised retrofitting to maintain the building’s original character while preserving its distinctive limestone façade.

James Kelly
Operations Director
As Operations Director James is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of KpH projects. He oversees projects from tender submission through to final handover.
James joined KpH in 2012 as a Site Supervisor, progressing through Site Manager and Operations Manager roles before being appointed Operations Director in 2020. He has extensive experience in the areas of strip out, structural alterations and demolition, across many sectors.
James has overseen numerous high-profile, high-value projects, and consistently collaborates closely with clients, project teams, and supply chain partners. He understands the logistical challenges and many environmental considerations at play when delivering complex programmes.
Most recently James has overseen a 215,000 sq ft strip out back to shell project in the heart of Victoria. With a focus on retro-fit first this refurbishment of a 1970s 15 storey office building has enabled delivery of a modern, flexible building designed for multiple tenants.

Jordan Wells
SHEQ Director
As SHEQ Director Jordan is responsible for the company’s health, safety, environmental and quality standards and practices. He leads our dedicated H&S team, and manages KpH’s daily health and safety operations, conducts essential audits and inspections, and maintains the company’s accreditations. He is responsible for the implementation, compliance and continuous improvement of SHEQ policies and procedures.
He has been with KpH since 2022, bringing nearly 20 years of professional experience, most recently as Health & Safety lead for one of the UK’s tier 1 demolition contractors. Jordan works closely with our site teams on a wide variety of projects, of varying size and scale, across multiple sectors.
Jordan enjoys collaborating directly with clients, and helping them achieve exceptional project outcomes.

As well as having a structured programme of site visits by our senior leadership team, I have introduced regular H&S engagement visits for our office employees and client teams, because I believe our commitment to safety must be visible at every level of our organisation.”
Steve Peterson
Development & Logistics Director
Steve joined KpH in 2014 as a demolition operative and his obvious skill and aptitude saw him quickly promoted to Site Manager within two years. He later moved into a leadership role in the Development & Logistics department before being appointed Development & Logistics Director in 2024.
Steve leads strategic planning and execution across supply chain operations and in-house software development. His department manages the warehousing, transport (including heavy haulage) and distribution of plant and equipment, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of every project site. He also drives the delivery of secure, scalable digital technologies and tools, providing end-users with greater transparency and knowledge.
Steve is implementing award-winning carbon-reduction initiatives across our operations. He has led the in-house development of our Carbon Emissions Tracking Tool, reducing transport emissions through smarter, data-led resource management. Through our Materials Tracking Tool we can manage and monitor items identified for reuse, providing traceability of clients’ materials catalogues from the asset leaving our site to its end-destination. This app also enables us to calculate the embodied carbon saved from its reuse.
