KpH appoints new Social Value and Quality Manager
KpH is pleased to announce the appointment of Mel Speller as Social Value and Quality Manager, strengthening our SHEQ team and our ongoing commitment to delivering projects that create positive outcomes for people, places and the environment.
In this new role, Mel will lead the development and delivery of our social value strategy while continuing to oversee quality assurance across our project portfolio. Working alongside our Environmental and Sustainability Advisor, this appointment ensures KpH has a dedicated focus across all key impact areas: quality, safety, environment and community.
Mel’s work will include supporting local employment pathways, partnerships with schools and colleges, and providing access and insight days for young people who are underrepresented in the construction sector. Her role will also ensure that social value and community engagement are considered at the earliest stages of project planning, not as an add-on.
