Project Reuse is the innovative pilot scheme launched by FIS, designed to explore how reuse can be integrated into commercial fit-out projects. They have established a storage facility where materials can be catalogued, stored and prepared for reuse in a future project, making sure products of the right quality are available at the right time. The first donated materials, which included high quality ceiling tiles, arrived there in June 2025. KpH was keen to support the project and carefully salvaged the materials from a refurbishment project in central London.
